TC Dinners

In celebration of Why I Cook, Tom Colicchio visited our kitchen in Garden City to cook a couple of menus straight from the pages of his cookbook & memoir. We plan to continue this dinner series with an introduction to spring that only Tom Colicchio could put on the plate.
